WHAT WE NEED

We have a vacancy for an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT who wishes to join a dynamic team and will be able to provide administrative support to the sales order processing and general administrative duties.

You will be working as an integral part of a small existing team but will be expected to bring additional knowledge and experience to aid the growth and expansion of the company. This position is based in Dunmurry.

WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position will be a frontline role dealing with incoming phone calls from clients and suppliers.

You will be required to process sales orders, sales invoices, and other administrative duties, including emails, producing spreadsheets and reports, filing, etc.

Full training in the role will be provided

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar administrative role.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office packages is essential.

An excellent telephone manner will be essential.

You will be working as part of a very integrated team and as such an ability to work as part of a team will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have minimum of GCSE Grade B in English & Mathematics, or equivalent.

DESIRABLE

Experience in the use of the Sage Accounts system would be beneficial but full training will be provided for the role.
